See how the First Waves Erie program started! The film highlights student experiences exploring Pennsylvania’s only coastline along Lake Erie, the lagoons of Presque Isle State Park, and the pristine French Creek watershed. Participants learn about water quality and local ecosystems through citizen science initiatives while developing filmmaking skills to share their perspectives on the environment and community.
