See how the First Waves Indiana program started! The film highlights student experiences exploring waterways throughout Indiana County in the inaugural First Waves program specific for Indiana County youth. Participants learn about water quality and local ecosystems through citizen science initiatives while developing filmmaking skills to share their perspectives on the environment and community.
